for every service, we need a government issued form of ID. This includes a drivers license/permit, state ID, or passport.

For minors getting pierced, a parent or legal guardian must be present with their ID. We will need a birth certificate, or a government issued ID for the minor.

Social Security cards & School ID's are not accepted, per state regulations.

 

your deposit is one-time transferrable & will be held for only one month -- if we are notified 72 hours before your appointment.
